Recap: The MABL Expos extended their winning streak to 19 games by defeating the AMBL Braves 9-7 in the Championship game of the 2009 Casey Classic. The Expos saw pitcher Jacob Pacheco (2-0) get the win two days after getting an opening round win against Taos. Vinnie Caputo came in for the save with a 1-2-3 seventh inning. Tournament MVP Nate Sisneros put the Expos ahead for good with a 2 run homerun in the 5th inning - his 4th overall home run of the tournament. Sisneros also hit a walk-off grand slam in the semi-finals game against the Hurricanes to propel the Expos into the championship round.
